A slightly riper yet still exceptionally fresh nose blends aromas of both white and yellow orchard fruit
it fermented with some full clusters and indigenous yeasts in oak vats and had 30 days of maceration
Sadly the wine is heavily saddled with overripe aromas and a strong blast of 17% alcohol that are hard to see past
but it's once again a fabulous Prälat made to age for decades and more
Some patience will be required
