Condition: NEW WITH TAGS – top button has some store soiling on it but will probably come off when washed but in the rare event that it does not

Perfect for a 4th of July affair. Silky smooth in a beautiful colors. 21 1 2" across x 21 1 2". No fabric tag but very silky. Looks hand rolled and sewn. Good condition except in closely examining it, I saw what looked like very light soiling on one of the strips of white closer to the edge. It is so light one would never notice
