Unico Zelo - 2025 Troppo Pinot Noir type_Farmhouse Ale 65% MourvèdreAbsolutely fantastic example of Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir despite the tiny yields. We were lucky enough to have a puncheon that was empty so a portion of this has spent some time in some used French Oak lucky us! It's produced a wine that really speaks to this variety in the hills bright and beautifully primary fruited.
