Morning on the Margin La Vie en Rose I have many memories of9x12 oil on linen panel This piece was painted en plein air along The Margin and then finished up in my studio! I stopped in my tracks when I saw these benches and knew this is what I wanted to paint that morning. I loved the way the morning light was catching the front bench and knew I wanted to try to capture the way the sun bounced off the brick wall and the rocks as the tide was coming in.
