Made entirely from old vines in the prestigious Bienenberg vineyard, the Grand Cru fruit is from French and German clones. There is an elegant use of whole bunch and French oak and the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered. Expect enticing violet florals, suave red berries, silky spice and a nervy
