Notes of traditional Juniper, a sliver of Orange citrus burst, delicate floral notes, rich spice, and the natural sweetness of Vanilla Beans and Almonds. Lemon Myrtle from the distillery garden is added directly into the botanical basket when distilling. The rest of the added botanicals are sustainably sourced, mostly from small scale farms.
