There is a candied, almost confectionery shop aroma to this Morey with effervescent red cherry and kirsch aromas. The palate is nicely structured with supple tannin and well judged acidity. It exerts a gentle grip in the mouth with darker berry fruit occupying the slightly grainy finish. Give this a year or two in bottle. Hubert Lignier et
